In the work Memogram, Ivan Gundić shows the melting of silver layers from photographs of his family album. Afterwards, the artist chemically reworks the layers into a silver coin, an object now deprived of monetary value and marked with an intimate history of old photographs. This multimedia work process is a peculiar transformation of memory and a shift in value standards.
