Contemporary subject’s existential crisis is the main starting point for the artist Marija Jevtić. The work Pixel House Project is a sequence of three photographs that depict an imaginary shelter for the twenty-first century. Considering that the idea for this work lies in the relationship between the subject and new information technologies, Jevtić’s shelter can be understood as an enclave surrounded by technological populism that causes disorientation in today’s individuum
